Original box and case of issue. Correctly named to N J Pugh. Norman John Pugh landed on Gallipoli on 8/8/15 as reinforcment for the Wellington infantry regt. Evacuated sick 2/9/15. Medical file reads sick due to "Conditions of life in ANZAC " . Medal E.F.
