Description
Original WW2 NZEF 4th RMT Italy Star NZ Memorial Cross medal group . Memorial cross correctly impressed. Recipient wqas Killed when German shell hit his truck whilst ferring the Maori Batttalion up to the line . Two 28th Battalion men in the back of the truck were also killed. He is interred at Monte Cassino cemetary.
